'Yummy' Chocolate Delight

  • 4 Eggs
  • 400g Sugar
  • 100g Chocolate
  • 2 Pkt Plain Biscuits
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • Good Pinch of Cinnamon
  1. Beat the Eggs and the Sugar together.
  2. Grind the biscuits until they look like very fine bread crumbs.
  3. Finely grate the chocolate.
  4. Place the egg mixture into a non stick saucepan and put on a medium heat.
  5. Stirring all the time, cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Take off the heat.
  7. Add the ground biscuits, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Add all but 2 desert spoons of the grated chocolate.
  10. Mix Well
  11. Lightly oil the mould.
  12. Place the mixture into the mould.
  13. Keep wetting a spatula in cold water and press the mixture into the mould.
  14. Sprinkle the remaining 2 desert spoons of chocolate over the top.
  15. Leave to set, this will take a few hours at room temperature.
