125g Sour Cream
Shred the cabbage.
Sprinkle with the vinegar.
Mince the onion and finely chop the carrot.
Mix with the cabbage.
Place in an air tight box and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and salt.
Add to the chilled cabbage mixture.
Leave over night.
The sour cream can be substituted for 125g of natural yogurt mixed with 1tbs of lemon juice.
