This is a recipe without quanties, it's a good way of using left over lentils, what you are aiming for is the consistenacy of pate by adjusting the amount of vegatable broth. Salt and ginger to be added according to taste.
Sesame Seed Oil
Salt to Taste
pinch of Ginger
Put the cooked lentils into a bowl.
Add sesame seed oil and pinch of ginger.
Add the broth a little at a time, mixing well until you have a stiff paste.
Add salt to taste, mix well.
Place in the refrigerator to cool.
