This is a basic Hummus recipe for those of us who don't like to use too much oil.

  • 90g Cooked Chickpeas
  • 60g Tahini Paste
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Good Pinch Salt
  • Squeeze Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Water
Cooking instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust according to taste and texture by adding either more water or lemon juice to make thinner or adding more chickpeas to make thicker.
