Ideal to serve at a BBQ or Buffet.
- 100g Uncooked Spiral Pasta
- 30g Raisins
- Pine Nuts
- 50ml Pineapple Juice
- Apple cored and finely chopped
- 1 Tsp Curry Powder
- Salt to taste
- 30g Pineapple Chunks
- Cook pasta for 8 - 10 minutes or until soft.
- In a large bowl combine the curry powder, salt, mayonnaise, pineapple juice.
- Add cooked pasta, toss to coat.
- Add apple, raisins and pine nuts.
