- In a deep pan cook the chopped onions and garlic in the oil until golden.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, bay leafs,thyme,salt and paprika.
- Cook gently until well blended and the tomatoes have disintergrated.
- Add the water, cook gently for 30 mins.
- Remove from heat.
- Put through the puree'er.
- Add a dash of Worcester Sauce before serving.
Serve with Cumin Parathas.
