1 cooked chicken broken up in pieces
2 tins Heinz Chicken soup (not condensed)
1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
2 tins chopped asparagus
1 generous teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Lay asparagus in casserole. Cover with chicken.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over.
Top with equal amounts of grated cheese and fresh breadcrumbs (about 4oz of each)
Bake 180 deg. Until golden
P.S. the asparagus can be replaced with broccoli or green beans but the asparagus gives it a nice flavour
