250ml Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbs Brown Sugar or Honey
2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
Combine all ingredients except cornflour in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil.
Mix cornlour with a little water to make it just runny.
Add this to the vinegar mixture.
Boil for 5mins to reduce by half.
Remove the garlic bits and serve.
This salsa is ideal to serve with roasted vegetables.
