- 300g Potatoes cut into small cubes
- 200g Can Sweetcorn
- 200g Can of Peas
- 220g Tinned Tuna in Vegetable oil
- 1 Hard Boiled Egg
- Salt pepper to taste
- mixed dry herbs.
- Cook cubed potatoes. Cool and place in large bowl.
- Add tuna, egg, peas and sweetcorn, mix well.
- Add herbs, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Bind together with 2 tbs of mayonnaise.
- Transfer mixture to serving dish, press into dish.
- Top with more mayonnaise to seal, decorate with strips of red bell pepper, olives etc.
